Strokes for Strokes

This event is not only in memory of Bob Jaouen, but for all of those who are impacted by stroke. Bob suffered from a stroke and it instantly changed his life and the lives of his close friends and family. Following his stroke Bob spent his last 7 months fighting to recover, which was a very trying time. Bob and his family were incredibly lucky to have received an overwhelming amount of support in their time of need. Having that support made a world of difference in their attitude towards the injury and their ability to keep Bob's spirits high. Unfortunately, there are many stories like this, as stroke is the fifth leading cause of death in the U.S. Strokes 4 Strokes is grateful to have the opportunity to pay that support forward through this event.

Strokes 4 Strokes is an opportunity for us to:

• ​Raise stroke awareness and education among our participants and their communities

• Have his kindheartedness live on through our fund-raising in which the proceeds will be donated to aid in supporting stroke victims, further neurological research and stroke education through various organizations

• Encompass Bob's fun-loving spirit through a fun filled day with golf, food, drink, friends & family
